Supposed to play last week and all of a sudden field is unavailable?  Supposed to play tonight after beating em last night and 1/2 hour shower at 2:30 and field is quickly decided to be unplayable. Not players fault so no disrespect but coach of Ramapo is definitely ducking Reds...... |

first of all if you're going to be tough enough to talk sh!t, have the balls to sign your name tough guy.
as for the field availability last week, we are a 4th option on our field in Suffern. so when games get rescheduled, we get bumped, it has happened 3 times so far this year.
and as for tonight, it downpoured up in that area from about 2:45-4:00. that field can't hold a glass of water nevermind a downpour for an hour.
and last, as for us ducking the Cliffside Park Reds!?!?! get real, the team is a very good young team, but do us all a favor before you start talking sh!t....AGAIN...WIN JUST 1 PLAYOFF GAME 1ST COULD YOU???
and like I said when I started this post...if you have the balls to talk sh!t, have the balls to sign your name!!!

I'm pissed at myself for even responding to this bullsh it post.....and I can assure you this, RV is afraid of no one, any day of the week.....including the playoffs where you haven't don't shi t....
If I had more time I'd explain to you in length about how you probably couldnt' hold a fu cking jock to half the guys on our roster, but quite honestly BS posts like this one are not worth the effort...

I got news for ya tough guy.....when you disrespect our coach YOU DO DISRESPECT THE PLAYERS....you got some balls.....it is F-ING ON the next time we meet you clowns......like anyone associated with our team would be afraid to play YOU GUYS when we have the best lineup this side of the Newark Bears......I know of at least one pitcher we got that will take care of this nonsense and send a message.....then we'll see who the "pimp" is

I guess you work in Suffern, it rained close to two hours with hail. Try running a team in the summer you are at the mercy of the towns running the fields, they make the call not the teams.
As far as ducking you? You should sign your real name, as you disrepect your own teammates with trash talk like that. We play all our games from day one, not waiting for a full squad as some teams in this league do.
Just as I have no idea who the reds were planning on playing on wed, you do not know what our lineup was going to be either. You won one game by one run, hardly something to start trash talking about. It's a shame that you want to turn an exciting game, into a war by making false statements.
See you on the field....oh thats right we won't know because you don't state who you are

First and foremost......you have NO idea what the h*ll you are talking about. "All of a sudden field is unavailable?" I had 2 other games in two other leagues that day and those were cancelled too...oh wait...we must have been avoiding the CP REDS then too! Or, maybe it was the continuous down pour accompanied by hail and lightning that prompted the game to be called? Better yet, maybe the town of Suffern decided to cancel the game cause they didn't want to see those bad a$$ CP reds role into town again? Yea that’s right....the town cancels the game not us genius. At least earn your way into the starting line-up of your own team before you start talking sh*t about another. In any case the CP reds played a great game on Tues and I had a sh*t load of fun playing even though we lost. It's what summer baseball is about....but then come scrubs like you who haven't done sh*t anywhere else in any other legit league and want to talk sh*t for no reason (That's right Wok...company softball DOESN'T count!). If you were even remotely competent at hitting or pitching a baseball you would have signed your name and stood behind your comments in the first place. Too bad bench warming p*ssy's like you have to talk sh*t cause now we have to hold the whole team accountable and send you guys out for beers and wings in the first round of the playoffs....uuumm...AGAIN! It's unfortunate because I respect a lot of your players some of which I have played with in the past but when one person says stupid sh*t like this and speaks for his team without the rest of the team speaking up to say otherwise then you have to take it for what it is. See you on the field! (actually....I'll be on the field and you can watch from the dugout as usual...enjoy the game Wok, and make sure you keep practicing cause eventually your coach will see the diamond in the rough thats been cleaning the dugout that past few summers!)  |

Wok,
I like how you take a one run win in a great baseball game and start calling us out like that. I'm not going to take anything away from the way Messina and KT threw the ball in the end, but in all honesty that win is nothing to brag about. I will reiterate the fact that we do not have to duck anyone in this league with the team that we have. Just suit up, get your ass on the field and put your money where your mouth is. If you guys were that disappointed that we didn't play on our soaked field, we woulda drove to your obstacle course of a field and played there on the turf, give me a break....
I look forward to the rematch as I know it will be a better game than the first one. We have noted the fact that you have called out our skipper, and we will collectively take action the way we see fit when we battle it out again later this summer.

Fellas-
Just came on to check out the rankings and I see this crap. Anyway, I don't think this guy is even on Cliffside anymore. i understand the anger at the comment made but guys on CP are a bunch of good guys who play hard. Whoever made the comment obviously has no clue what it takes as a player or coach, but don't start calling out my teammates. Not the best played game but it was a good one the other night.
