Jersey City lost the 1st game to the Long Island Storm 8-0 and won the 2nd against the Danberry Conn. 10-2.
Cresskill won 11-3 and got a BYE in the other game.
I also heard that Ramapo Valley lost to Demarest.

The Teaneck Stars went to the NABF Regionals down in Salisbary, MD. The results:
Chris Helsel went the distance disbite losing 4-2 to the defending champs of last years tournament Perdue Chicks who are also the host team. The team played strong and with a couple hits we would have pulled out a win. Perdue was 25-4 in their league.
2nd game, Derek Greenstein won pitching a complete game with 7K's against the West Minster Falcons. Falcons won the league tournament.
3rd game Teaneck had one bad inning and were eliminated from going into the next round by a tie breaker of runs allowed. Teaneck came close to reaching the next round for thier first Regional tournament. Teaneck lost the third game to the Staten Island Jewelers 11-3
It was a great time and with players playing out of position we still were highly praised for our talent and character throughout the tournament. Teaneck Stars represented North Jersey majors to the fulliest.
